Service Description
When our animal companions are struggling with change, health needs, and other circumstances, we can feel so worried it can be difficult to trust what to do, which steps to take. When they are new to us or growing, we may need some help understanding them. When they pass away, the grief is a very different grief than the loss of a human loved one. How others give space for that grief is also different than a human loss. There are the circumstances around their passing as well as our sense of responsibility toward them, and of course the unique bond we share. Your sweeties don't need to be present for this to be an effective session. We will meet over the phone or by video. Clarity, understanding, connection, and a plan will be what we will experience. It will be loving, kind, surprising, and full of grounded, usable details. If you are in crisis contact me directly through text or email. I'll see those the quickest. If your sweetie is in crisis, of course get them immediate care. I will not help locate lost pets, but I can help you with the grief of this. Similarly, I will not give you the background of an adopted/rescued pet. Trust that people can tell you anything and you are left to believe them. Instead we will focus on recognizable, current information that will guide you on deepening your relationship and understanding their needs. They are more willing to be in the present than humans are. It does them no service to dwell on knowing their pasts. Meet them NOW. Each animal communication or grief care session is 1.5 hours because when we start talking about and with our animals, their is a need for some room to not feel rushed.
