What is it and isn’t it?

Relationship Sessions are for couples, non-traditional relationships, family struggles, work environments, and for single people wanting to sort out patterns, struggles. We focus on choice, values, steps toward living in your truth, and other very important things. I have a clear process for us to navigate. A few things to know:


We’re not rehashing.

We are leaving the lists and the mind looping at the door. Will we address the struggles? Of course, but in a new way. There are no good or bad guys. It’s not me/them. It’s something different.


We'll be respectful.

Often times things get hot and everything seems to stop. That's overwhelm and your nervous system shutting down. Then the timer goes off, and somehow people are expected to hit pause and do what exactly? That’s not going to happen. We will respect time, emotions, skills, differences, and have plans.


We'll use spiritual and grounded tools.

I will listen to you, and I will stop you so we can be constructive. We will learn new patterns, and focus on being recognizable to your own Self. I will reflect back to you what I witness in your sharing as part of the safe space we create for you to process your path at this time. I’ll also make suggestions to help deepen and clarify your awareness and intimate spiritual growth. I am so invested in your well-being and your relationships. We are wired for love, kindness, community!


My style is down-to-earth and conversational,

yet I will also hold you accountable. My training is extensive and my techniques are not like traditional therapy. If you’ve tried it before, but you’re here now, good. Let’s do something different.


Whatever the path of your specific relationship needs are, 

we can weave and unweave patterns to create a fresh fabric that honors your true nature. Your health and well-being rely on it. This is some of the most important work we can do. I am all in. Let’s go.


Relationship Sessions are online, by phone or video. 

Some meet once, often we create a schedule and meet regularly. Often these are 2 hour sessions. Some sign up for a plan to focus on a very specific area. There are choices.
